03 Brief

I take the time to really listen to candidates - understanding their careers, motivations, and aspirations. If there’s a match, I’ll give them a comprehensive brief that covers everything they need to know about the role and your business.

04 Shortlist

You’ll get a hand-picked selection of candidates, each with a detailed summary explaining why they’d be a great fit. No endless lists - just quality over quantity.

05 Interview

My candidates come to interviews fully prepped, with a solid understanding of your business and the role. This means you can focus more on getting to know them and less on repeating the basics.

06 Offer

Found ‘the one’? I’ll handle the offer stage smoothly, making sure both sides are on the same page to avoid any last-minute hiccups.

07 Onboard

Resignation nerves? No problem. I’ll be on hand to support the candidate when they resign and I’ll stay in touch throughout their notice period, ensuring they have everything they need for their first day.

08 Aftercare

Most agencies call it a day when the contract's signed - I don’t. I’ll check in regularly during those crucial first few months to make sure both you and your new hire are happy.
